A winter-ready wool-cotton scooter parka and a reversible padded wool flannel gilet are made to adjust for unexpected conditions: a cinching waist and a water-repellent flipside are built into sleek, minimalist silhouettes in neutral tones, subtly marked all over with minute signatures.
