Guests are welcomed from 12:30 with a complimentary glass of Backsberg wine, setting the tone for the afternoon, before mains are served from 13:30, followed by dessert of the day.
Flame-grilled braai favourites are served fresh from the fire, accompanied by a buffet-style salad bar of seasonal garden greens. Priced at R350 per person, the experience also includes thoughtful vegetarian and vegan options available with prior notice, ensuring every guest feels at home at the table.
