White or red? We won’t make you chose. This week, we’ve rounded up some seasonal wines that will suit whatever your palate (and pocket) may prefer. Recently, we visited our friends at Meerhof who have been making wine in the heart of Riebeek Valley since 2001, during which time the wheat and sheep farm was converted into a working cellar.
Today, Meerhof is synonymous with grapes sourced from vineyards predominantly in the Swartland region. Winemaker Jaco Brand’s lifelong expertise and keen eye for quality ensures every bottle reflects a deep understanding of the local climate and expert knowledge of cellaring and blending.
We’re certain you’ll want meer Meerhof, very soon.
Yours in wine,
Winefolk
